While promoting independent learning and research through the preparation of graduation theses, and helping students develop the ability to think, be creative, and utilize IT, we work to raise the standard of these activities through the commendation of presentations and outstanding theses.
Evaluation of Learning Outcomes
We will specify the requirements for earning credits in the syllabus and evaluate grades strictly, including attendance and attitude during class.

Fields of Study
At Seijoh University, students learn about business and organizational administration in eight highly specialized fields. We equip students with the practical skills they need to work in businesses and administrative organizations, as well as high-level specialized skills tailored to fields such as sport and medicine.

Contemporary Business Division
Marketing Field
Success--in life and in business--is all about satisfying our customers.
Marketing, the public face of corporate activities, is not only about selling products and services. What we are really trying to do is satisfy others and deliver happiness to individuals, society, and businesses alike. In this field, we aim to foster wide-ranging practical skills and perspectives, encompassing product/service planning, consumer and market analysis to advertising, distribution, and sales. With a focus on creativity, the ability to make proposals, and the ability to negotiate, we equip students with the skills they need to satisfy customers, which are essential for members of society and working adults.

Accounting/Finance Field
Develop the knowledge and skills to become a specialist in corporate finance and accounting
The field consists of "accounting," which aims to correctly grasp the state of businesses in numerical terms, and "finance," which focuses on procurement and use of capital with a view to improving corporate value. Students can learn about these two key domains of corporate finance through a systematic course of study.
We also offer a wide range of programs designed to help students acquire the numerical skills needed to analyze businesses. Through problem-based learning and practical seminars taught by professionals from the business world, students study a living, breathing field amid major change.

Women's Career Management Field
Leverage your qualities as a female manager, and play a leading role in contemporary management
The modern world faces a host of challenges, from globalization and population aging to the global environment crisis. To solve these issues, women are now playing crucial roles across a wide range of fields.
Students acquire the basic knowledge of business administration and applied theories that will enable them to advance their careers as women, while deepening their knowledge of the industries and fields where their interests lie and developing a business mindset.

IT Management Field
Develop IT skills to shape your future and the future of business administration
The ability to correctly acquire and utilize information technology (IT) and information and communication technology (ICT), including artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data, has become an essential requirement for business administration and self-actualization. It is estimated that in the future, there will be a shortfall of human resources with IT skills, not only at IT firms and other companies engaged in system development, but in almost all industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and the service sector.
In the field of IT management, we aim to nurture individuals capable of playing active roles across a wide range of fields, as "businesspersons with IT skills" or "IT engineers with knowledge of business administration."

International Business Field
Specialize in "the world," with solid skills for a global future
In the international business world, cross-cultural understanding is crucial. In the international business field, we offer long- and short-term study abroad programs and overseas training programs. Students have the opportunity to develop the sensibilities and skills needed for international business and intercultural business administration.
Japanese companies are required to lead the way in international business. Therefore, students study the challenges that companies face, trends in international business, and challenges that remain to be solved, deepening their understanding of international management theories and cross-cultural management.

Local Tourism Field
Invigorate local communities through perspectives and strategies in business administration
Communities across Japan face a host of challenges, from population aging and depopulation to gaps in local services and regional economic decline. What should be done to address these challenges and create vibrant and comfortable communities? Students learn about a wide range of phenomena, including local industries, tourism businesses, and urban planning, and consider community development through the study of real communities.
We aim to nurture students who are capable of contributing to communities, with a focus on local development and tourism promotion.

Healthcare Management Division
Medical Management Field
Master medical management, and lead the medical revolution!
In medical settings, such as hospitals and welfare facilities, there is a growing need for experts in health care administration and management who can manage people, products/services, funds, and information well to overcome challenges. With limited financial resources, how can we provide high-quality health care that offers security and peace of mind to patients? Starting with the basics, students learn about organizational management and administration in medical settings, mastering practical techniques for strengthening their non-technical skills (communication, teamwork, leadership, etc.)
There are also many opportunities to acquire qualifications and develop a wide range of skills.

Sports Management Field
Develop the power to build stronger teams and make sports fun
To improve sporting skills, to build teams and to create enjoyable sporting environments, sports will need to be "managed" in increasingly thoughtful ways in the coming years.
We aim to nurture students capable of playing active roles in the places that support sports, such as in sports-related businesses and facilities, and as health and physical education teachers, sports leaders, and specialists.
